Refund policy

   We have a 45-day return policy, which means you have 45 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please be advised that any returns made shall be at your own risk. To ensure the safety of your items, we highly recommend that you return them via a courier or tracked post. Please take note that you are liable for any costs incurred in the return delivery, except in instances where the incorrect item has been dispatched to you or the item is defective. Please note that the cost of the initial delivery will not be refunded.

Third-Party Retailer Purchases

Items purchased from a third-party retailer must be returned or exchanged through the respective retailer.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

United Kingdom

UK customers can start their return process using Royal Mail. Please be aware that a £3.99 fee will be deducted from the final refund amount. You can start your return using Royal Mail .

Europe

Returns for EU customers can be initiated using local postal services or by requesting a return label with a €10 fee deducted from the final refund amount.

US

Returns for US customers can be initiated using local postal services or by requesting a return label with a $12.50 fee deducted from the final refund amount.

Damage upon arrival?
We will replace any Original Duckhead goods that are damaged during shipping at no additional cost.
Please do not return any damaged goods to us unless we specifically tell you to.


Cancellation
If you would like to cancel your order after receiving your order confirmation email, kindly contact us.
Sometimes it will be incredibly challenging to cancel your order because it will already have been processed.
The buyer will be responsible for paying the return postage fee in the case that they cancel an order after it has already passed the point at which it can be cancelled. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Warranty

Our umbrellas are built to last and that's why we offer a guarantee against any product fault for two years after the day of purchase.  Please keep in mind that our warranty does not cover accidental damage or misuse of an umbrella. Snapped shafts, scratches, beak paint chips, broken handles, and structural damage caused by use in high winds do not constitute a defective umbrella or frame. All umbrellas sent have undergone extensive testing and quality control.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
